Cooper Party Rentals supports a number of community events and activities. There are so many wonderful worthy events and donation requests are so numerous that they exceed our capabilities, which is why we use this process to help us choose where we donate. The purpose of this form is not to deter donations, but to determine if we’re able to make a contribution.

We review donation requests every December so please have your requests in by December 1st to be considered for the following year. If selected, Cooper Party Rentals will reach out to you using the information you provide. Please do not call or email about the status of donation requests. We don’t do any equipment donations in June, July, August, or September. Thank you for your cooperation & understanding.
